Skywalk Over the Inner City
You are at the southern end of a long marble skywalk that runs over the Inner
City of Caemlyn. A spiraling stairwell leads down into the heart of the Outer
City. You can see a great deal of Caemlyn from this vantage point, and the
view is simply spectacular. The number of people that populate this huge city
is beyond all belief. The walkway continues to the north.

A Wide Boulevard
You are on a wide boulevard that stretches all the way across Caemlyn. The
extremely wide road is cut in the middle by a strip of grass with trees evenly
placed along the street. You see people scurrying about in a mad rush. A
stairway leads up here onto a skywalk that runs over the entire Inner City.

Middle of a Wide Boulevard
This is the middle of a wide boulevard that runs east and west across Caemlyn.
The boulevard is bisected by a strip of grass and a row of trees which run its
length. The sheer noise of crowded Caemlyn is overwhelming, almost a dull
roar. To the north is a paved road which leads into the Inner City. To the
south is an open square and a cluster of shops.

city. The city walls tower over you to the south, and you can see a small
weapon store to the north.

South-West Watchtower
This is an enormous tower set in the corner of Caemlyn's Outer City. A curving
stairwell leads up along the tower's base, onto a small roof. This tower would
probably afford the city's guards a view of several miles in all directions.

You climb the stairs to the top of the tower. You are on a small stone roof
and the wind is strong and loud. You can see a great deal of the Andor
countryside, as well as getting a superb view of the interior of Caemlyn.
You can watch out over the west and south approaches to the city here. The
remains of an old murder-hole on the west wall allow a view to the
contryside beyond Caemlyn. You can even climb out the hole and fall into
the forest below!

The deeply rutted lane, just wide enough for a wagon to pass each way, has
an overgrown forest blocking travel and view to the west. On the east side
of the dusty lane a rocky hill pushes upwards causing the road to wind
around it. The corner of the walls surrounding the city of Caemlyn is
clearly visible, looming over the hill.

A Dirt Lane
The dusty lane, heavily traveled by wagons is rough and deeply rutted. A
half dead forest growing to the north constricts view of the Caemlyn Road
beyond it, although the walls of the city are visible beyond the treetops
to the east. To the southeast a rocky hill pushes its way skyward.

A Dirt Lane
Tall trees grow wild on the southern side of this narrow lane way. The dirt
road, heavily traveled by wagons, is rutted and dusty. A short ways to the
north, this lane ends at Caemlyn Road. Farther east along the lane a rocky
hill pushes skyward.

The Caemlyn Road
Small hills rise around the road, obscuring view of the surrounding land as
the road meanders through the low valleys on its way towards the capital of
Andor. Deep wagon ruts and packed dirt proclaim the volume of traffic this
highway sees every day. A simple dirt lane leads off to the south.

The Caemlyn Road
Grassy fields cover the hills about the road, offering a wide view of
the surrounding lands until the nearby hills obscure the view of the
countyside and the farms which lie scattered along the road. Far off to
the west the hills appear to become more dense, closing in on the road
as it runs toward Caemlyn.

The road turns here, snaking around the few hills which dot the plains and
farms which sporadically line the road. The land dips towards the
southeast, slowly heading towards the Sea of Storms far beyond Lugard to
the south, as well as towards the capital city of Andor somewhere to the
east. A freshly-erected SIGN stands here.
